Kevin McVicker is the founder and broker for McVicker Realty located in Durham, North Carolina. He currently specializes in Residential Real Estate, working for local buyers, sellers and investors from across the country. Prior to forming his company in 1996, Kevin worked for a major IT company as a software developer and project manager. It was this experience that shaped his ability to understand his clients’ needs and then create solutions that achieve their goals. As a developer, he learned how to be understanding, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong advocate for all his clients.
As your real estate agent, Kevin will be an advocate for you. Whether you are buying, selling, or investing, he will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. If you are selling, he will work with you to get you the fairest price, in the least amount of time, by using state-of-the-art technology, team collaboration, and superior marketing materials. If you are buying, he will work hard to provide you with the best information and market data to inform and assist you so you can be a well-equipped buyer with the strongest possible negotiating position.
Kevin understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full-time real estate agent, he will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. He will accomplish this through constant communication and by being accessible whenever you need him.
When not assisting clients, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife Rita, visiting with close friends, traveling and taking in the beauty of the mountains and beaches of North Carolina.
